Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: Any natural or legal person purchasing services through the website or digital channels.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the distance sale of web design, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, software development and similar digital services.

The scope, delivery time and price of the purchased service are determined by the quote, proforma invoice or order confirmation. Prices exclude VAT; the tax rates valid on the invoice date apply.

Payment is made by bank transfer, EFT or agreed digital payment methods. Digital services are delivered within the period specified in the project scope. Delivery takes place when the website goes live, the software is handed over or the agreed digital output is provided to the buyer.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised digital services whose performance has started with the buyer’s approval. Where the right of withdrawal applies, the buyer may notify in writing within 14 days.

Delivered projects are subject to technical support and warranty terms within the scope specified in the agreement. Hosting, domain and maintenance services included in the package are valid for the relevant period.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye are authorised in disputes. The consumer may apply to the authorities at their place of residence or at the seller’s headquarters.

This agreement enters into force when the buyer confirms the order and/or makes the payment.
